Carri Nicholson
With 36+ years as a business consultant, owner, and adviser to national and regional governments, Carri brings a rare combination of strategic depth and personal warmth to her work. She has founded or co-founded 7 businesses and exited 4. She has been the second-generation COO in a family-owned global consultancy, a "hired gun" CEO, and a British Army Reserves Officer. She has worked with 1,000+ businesses and leaders, managed 4 MBA programmes for a global top-40 business school, and co-created the Scottish Inward Investment Strategy, the UK Forestry Industry Action Plan, and two Scottish venture capital funds.
Internationally, she helped create one of the first Polish Business and Entrepreneur training centres, took the 2nd largest Polish regional authority through post-Communist transition, and provided support to second-level Middle East peace talks in the mid-1990s.
