With 36+ years as a business consultant, owner, and advisor to national and regional governments, Carri brings a rare combination of strategic depth and personal warmth to her work. She has founded or co-founded 7 businesses and exited 4, served as a "hired gun" CEO, and was a British Army Reserves Officer — all of which inform a distinctive approach to leadership and transitions that clients describe as transformative.
Carri is the founder of 6 CEO mastermind groups (60+ CEOs), a founder member of the Scottish Centre for Family Businesses, and has supported clients through 5 smooth generational leadership transitions and 5 successful business exits. She co-created the Scottish Inward Investment Strategy, managed 4 MBA programmes for a global top-40 business school, and has worked with the European Commission and supported peace negotiations in the Middle East.
