DISCOVER

We begin the coaching journey by doing a deep dive into the individual's early influences, dreams and aspirations as well as understand self perceived areas of strengths and development. Methodology involves personal interviews, stakeholder interviews followed by personality and psychometric assessments.

REFINE

Following the diagnostic phase, we now move to setting goals, measures of success as well as fixing key milestones and action plans for achieving the goals. The leader formulates their own Core Purpose Statement as well as Individual Leadership Development Plan (ILDP) and communicates the same to the stakeholders.

EXPAND
